Initial call

The first conversation is free. Please send notice if you cannot attend so the rehearsal slot can be released or moved.

Production agreement

Paid design, rigging or animation work is governed by its written proposal or contract, including schedule and cancellation terms.

Schedule changes

Tell us early when assets, approvals or priorities change. We will identify completed work, reserved capacity and the safest stopping point.

Refund review

Questions are reviewed against the applicable agreement, work delivered and committed third-party costs. Email [email protected].
